BASIC ONE-STEPS:

 

1. Step to the left with left foot, execute knife-hand block with right hand, grab wrist and then execute spinning round kick with right foot. KIAI.

 

2. Step in with left foot into a back stance; execute a high block with left arm, then a reverse punch to solar plexus with right first. KIAI.

 

3. Step in with right foot into a back stance and execute an inside block with right arm.  Slide forward and strike opponent with right elbow. KIAI.

 

4. Step in with right foot into a front stance while executing an outside block with left arm.  Execute a reverse palm heel strike with right hand to opponent’s left cheek. KIAI.

 

5. Defense against kick: Step to outside with left foot while executing a low block with right arm.  Follow with a reverse punch to the face with left fist. KIAI.

 

INTERMEDIATE ONE-STEPS:

 

6. Step to the left while executing a knife-hand block with the right hand.  Execute a spinning round kick to the mid sections with the right leg, re-cock kicking leg and execute a side kick to the outside opponent’s right knee.  Landing in a front stance, execute a reverse punch with your left hand behind opponent’s right ear. KIAI.

 

7. Step in with left leg assuming a back stance while executing a high block with your left arm.  Strike the opponent with a reverse punch in the solar plexus, right hand, front stance.   Your left hand turns palm up to grab opponent’s hand.  Step through to the left with your right leg to bring opponent’s punching arm up onto your right shoulder to break elbow.  Spin your upper body to the left to strike your opponent with your left elbow to the ribs.  Slide right foot back to sweep your opponent’s right leg.  Drop to your left knee, keeping opponent’s arm in an arm lock, reverse punch to the face or ribs. KIAI.

 

8.  Step in with the right foot into back stance and execute an inside block with your right arm.  Slide forward and strike opponent with right elbow.  Loop your arm over opponent’s neck and execute inverted head lock, grabbing opponent’s chin with your right hand and putting your left hand on the back of his head.  Step back with right foot, back stance with hips to the right into a front stance while putting right hand up, pushing left hand down snapping opponent’s neck.  KIAI.

 

9.  Step in with left foot into a front stance while executing an outside block with left arm.  Step forward with right leg, lunging into opponent with a reverse palm heel to the face with your right hand. KIAI.

 

10.  Defense against kick:  Step left, execute low block with right arm and catch kick with right arm.  Stepping front kick with left foot on the inside of opponent’s left thigh.  As opponent falls on his back, follow through with a heel strike (axe kick or stomp) to the sternum. KIAI.
